Terms of Service

Please read through this entire section before you commit to commissioning me!

DISCLAIMER:Nanner Milk Creations has the right to refuse service to anyone. By commissioning Nanner Milk Creations for any custom work, you (the client) are agreeing to these terms..Nanner Milk Creations is not responsible for any harm that may come to the client when performing/wearing their costume and/or it's pieces. Please take proper precautions and wear any commissioned piece responsibly..Fursuits are fun, but may take a lot out of your body to wear. You may experience over heating, fatigue, poor vision, ect. Please be sure to take proper precautions before you consider fursuiting..Proper precautions include, and are not limited to:
-Drinking plenty of water, and staying hydrated.
- Eating at least two proper meals a day.
- Getting plenty of rest and taking breaks.
- Have a friend with you.

REQUIREMETS:
- You must be 18 years or older to commission me. Proof of age may be requested in the form of a valid ID.- The viewing of you ID is for age authentication purposes only. Please blur any or all info minus your age, date of birth, and face.- You must include a clear, non-shaded reference of your character. For better results, a front, back, and side view of your character is preferred.

QUOTES:- Quotes are only given when I am open for them. Follow my socials or check the home page to see when openings will be happening.- You must receive a quote from me to commission.- If you already received your quote, simply submit it when applying to commission.- Changed your mind about what you want? Just reapply for a new quote!- The quoted price you receive is only good for the opening you applied for. My prices are subject to change, so you may see a different amount if you apply with me again.

PAYMENT:
- Payments are made via Paypal and all amounts are in USD.- 100% of your suit must be paid off before work can begin.- At least 25% of the total cost is due upfront and is non-refundable. This secures your slot with me, covers any consultation time, and allows me to order materials for your commission.- Payment plans can be discussed, but full payment upfront is prefered.

MATERIALS:
- Once the initial payment is received, I will set up a date and time for us to go over materials. This includes going over fabric types/colors, and I may ask for specific measurements from you at this time.- Please note that color options are limited, but I will do my best to match what I can.- If you already have materials in mind, please provide me with links.- Once final payment is submitted, I may ask you to provide specific measurements, along with a Duct Tape Dummy, if needed.

ADD ONS AND CONCEPT CHANGES:
- Add ons or changes to the original concept will result in additional fees.- The price will depend on how far I am on your suit, and/or what the edits will be.

CONCEPT, WIPS, AND UPDATES:- Before I can begin your suit I will draw a concept sheet of your character. This will translate your initial reference sheet into my fursuit style. Once the concept sheet is agreed upon I can begin work!- Whether I've worked on your suit or not, expect a message from me at least once a week.- You will receive photo updates of the suit while I work on it. Some are just progress photos to show you the areas I'm currently working on, some updates I will directly ask for approval to make sure things look good.- Updates that require your approval cannot move forward until I get a response from you.- Please keep in mind that not all edits are guaranteed and some may result in additional fees. This mostly depends on how far along I am on your suit, or how drastic the edits will be.

TURN AROUND TIME:- I only take a small handful of slots each opening to help keep my turn around time short. A rough estimate would be 4-8 months.- Turn around time depends on your character's complexity, the type of suit you chose, edits (if any), and how long it takes for materials to ship to me.- NO deadlines!

REFUNDS:- I do not offer refunds if your suit is 100% complete.- Reminder that 25% of the total cost is non refundable. This is to cover material costs, consultation time, and also secured your slot with me.- If for any reason you have to cancel your fursuit commission before it's finished, a partial refund will be issued. The refund is calculated based on the amount of work, time, and material that has already been put in to the suit.- By accepting a refund, you are forfeiting all materials, concepts, and any unfinished parts from your fursuit commission.- I reserves the right to cancel and refund a fursuit commission if a client is inappropriate or threatening in any way shape or form.

SHIPPING:- I only ship to the United States and Canada at the moment.- Shipping is not included in the final cost and is calculated when the suit is finished.- Though you may contact me if you have questions or concerns about your packages whereabouts, I am not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. I will help you the best I can, but refunds can not be discussed once it's placed in the mail.

FURSUIT WARRANTY- All suits have a 90 day warranty from the day you received it.- The warranty covers flaws that are my mistake. Flaws may include bald spots in fur, incorrected sizing on parts, or pieces/parts of the suit that are falling off. Normal wear and tear or improper misuse of the fursuit or it's parts are not covered under the warranty.-Any alterations done to the suit by someone other than me voids the warranty.- Your suit must be in clean condition when sending it back for any repairs. Failure to send a clean item will result in a cleaning fee.- Take home or at con repairs are possible, but not always guaranteed. Please contact me within 1 week of a convention so I can let you know if I'll be available.- When the warranty is expired, you can still ask for repairs, but you will be charged a fee depending on the type of fix.- All shipping fees are covered by you.- Please contact me if you have any questions about at-home repairs. I will be more than happy to assist you!

ALLERGY WARNING
I have pets! Two birds and one cat. Though my craft room is a no pet zone, I still want to inform you! All suits get vacuumed and sprayed with a fursuit safe spray as an added precaution.

- All prices shown are starting prices only. Price fluctuates depending on complexity of your character and suit.- Not all options are available with every opening. You can see what I'm open for at the top of my commission forms when you apply.

Q: Can I be under the age of 18 and commission you?A: No.Q: Do you give quotes?A: Only when I'm open for them.Q: How often do you open for customs?A: Only a few times a year. This keeps my turn around time, and queue shorter.Q: What's your turn around time?A: Roughly 4 - 8months.Q: Do you accept deadlines?A: I do not.Q: Do you accept payment plans?A: I do. But with limitations.Q: Do you make copyrighted characters?A: I do not.Q: Do I need to make a duct tape dummy?A: Only if you're commissioning me for a fullsuit of any type. You're duct tape dummy (or DTD) must be clean and properly constructed. If I can't work with the DTD you sent, I may ask for you to make another one. For con pick up, just let me know a week or two in advance of said con, and I'll let you know if I can fit your suit in my car.Q: Can I mail you materials I already have for my suit?A: Yes, but there are limitations. Materials must be in clean/good condition, and there must be enough of it to be used on the area of your suit you want it for. I will also deduct the cost of your materials from your suit's final cost. This depends on the amount you send. If it's untouched materials, I'll just ask for a reciept to get the total.
